Connected fixtures identify the application
A WC unit, greywater-only pump and lifting station should not be treated as interchangeable. List the existing fixtures and exact unit. Commercial or multi-fixture work needs an individual scope discussion.
The pump keeps going after its usual cycle
Name the connected fitting last used and whether there is any backing-up waste. Incoming flow, activation and discharge questions depend on the exact unit. Stop connected use for backup; do not open it or add chemicals.
The panel is dark, or the buttons do not respond
These are separate observations. Note which lights or displays remain visible and any interruption you already know about. Leave electrical housings shut; an enquiry does not require live testing.
When a previous symptom seems to return
Mention earlier work using documents or dates you actually have. Similar behaviour can need a fresh assessment; the same phrase does not necessarily describe the same cause.
When a photograph would help
Use the accessible panel or normal fitted position and check for private paperwork in the frame. Never recreate burning, tripping or dangerous leakage for the camera.

Identify the full SFA Saniflo unit and its family designation. WC macerators, greywater pumps and lifting stations have different applications; family names do not approve the same connections.
