Fridge: explain the event before the changed behaviour
For a fridge enquiry: If relevant, mention an interruption, altered setting or recent move. Keep the sequence factual. Something happening earlier does not prove it caused the present symptom or identify a failed part.

For the appliance you actually own
Keep an actual safely visible temperature reading where available, together with its time and the door’s normal closure. Describe visible frost or a warning. A warm cabinet does not by itself establish a compressor or refrigerant fault.
The purpose of this detail
The fridge reference, fitting and observation allow a more specific discussion. They do not establish a failed part or guarantee a repair.
What still needs agreement
Confirm suitable work, proposed charges and access with the team. An enquiry notebook is preparation, not a reserved visit.
