For a fridge enquiry: A furniture door, cabinet housing, stack or restricted unit space can affect a proposed visit. Describe what actually applies. Do not disconnect or drag out the appliance to make the enquiry easier.

For the appliance you actually own
Keep an actual safely visible temperature reading where available, together with its time and the door’s normal closure. Describe visible frost or a warning. A warm cabinet does not by itself establish a compressor or refrigerant fault.
The purpose of this detail
The fridge reference, fitting and observation allow a more specific discussion. They do not establish a failed part or guarantee a repair.
What still needs agreement
Confirm suitable work, proposed charges and access with the team. An enquiry notebook is preparation, not a reserved visit.
