For a fridge enquiry: For a rented property, establish who owns the product, who approves charges and who can provide entry. Keep that arrangement with the service address before requesting attendance.

For the appliance you actually own
Keep an actual safely visible temperature reading where available, together with its time and the door’s normal closure. Describe visible frost or a warning. A warm cabinet does not by itself establish a compressor or refrigerant fault.
The purpose of this detail
The fridge reference, fitting and observation allow a more specific discussion. They do not establish a failed part or guarantee a repair.
