For a hob enquiry: A front badge can cover several versions. Keep the full model, suffix and any product or service reference from existing paperwork or a safely visible label. Explain any detail you cannot obtain safely.

Identify induction, ceramic, solid-plate or gas format, then say whether one zone or the whole hob changed. Transcribe the display. For induction, describe cookware recognition from ordinary use without deliberately repeating electrical trips.

The hob reference, fitting and observation allow a more specific discussion. They do not establish a failed part or guarantee a repair.
What still needs agreement
Confirm suitable work, proposed charges and access with the team. An enquiry notebook is preparation, not a reserved visit.
