Grundig Washing machine · your observations
Was it the wash, the emptying or the final spin?
Begin with the stage you recognised, rather than the part you suspect. A drum holding water and an emptied drum with wet laundry need different descriptions. Keep the programme, door status and exact warning with your full model reference.
Why drainage and spinning are separate
Many machines will not proceed to the final spin while water remains. Say whether it emptied, whether the door unlocked and what the panel showed. Those observations help keep a drainage enquiry separate from a drive or load-balance question.
There is water left before the spin
Keep visible water, the locked-door status and any warning together. Drain path, pump or level information may need assessment, but the retained water does not distinguish them by itself. Never force the door.
The panel is dark, or the buttons do not respond
These are separate observations. Note which lights or displays remain visible and any interruption you already know about. Leave electrical housings shut; an enquiry does not require live testing.
When the last user is someone else
Ask for their description of the selection and outcome where possible. Retain what was actually observed rather than replacing it with a guessed component name.
When the sequence is hard to remember
Start with the last ordinary use you can describe reliably. Keep uncertain details identified as uncertain rather than filling them in with a likely-sounding explanation.
Reading the Grundig label
Keep the full installed Grundig designation, the actual product type and the existing control arrangement. This name identifies an enquiry route; it does not establish current manufacture, parts stock, replacement compatibility or acceptance of every product.
At your Whyteleafe address
Give the full service postcode and describe the actual fitted access in Whyteleafe. CR3 is a broad postal reference. This guide does not establish a separate branch, service boundary or agreed attendance.
