Vacuum cleaner · your observations
Separate suction from power and brush movement.
Retain the model and describe which function changed, including charging or a visible warning where relevant. Follow only the manufacturer’s normal user-care instructions. Small-appliance work needs individual acceptance before arranging anything.
Keep the cleaning functions separate
A turning brush, a powered display and good suction are different functions. Explain which one changed and any charging indication. This is a model-specific work enquiry, not a blanket promise for every small appliance.
Pickup falls while another function still works
State whether the brush, power or warning also changed. Only use the manufacturer’s ordinary user-care directions. Leave batteries and electrical housings closed and ask whether the actual work can be accepted.
Liquid is visible outside its usual route
Describe the first visible location and the stage of operation. Do not move connected equipment to trace a leak. Stop use where water approaches electrical parts or waste begins to back up.
When the last user is someone else
Ask for their description of the selection and outcome where possible. Retain what was actually observed rather than replacing it with a guessed component name.
When ordinary results vary
A brief note of settings and outcomes already observed can make variation easier to explain. One good result does not settle a recurring enquiry.
