AEG Washer-dryer · your observations
One machine, two processes to describe.
Tell us about washing and drying separately. Did the wash finish and empty before the drying result changed? Include the combined or dry-only selection and the approximate load. The same cabinet contains functions that can behave differently.
A combined cycle still has distinct stages
A single selected programme can include washing, emptying and drying. Note which part finished and which result changed. Do not assume that a normal wash result proves the drying function is also operating normally.
Washing finishes but drying disappoints
State the drying selection and approximate laundry load. Confirm whether emptying completed. Airflow, sensing and heat regulation can need assessment; a damp load is not a parts order.
It ends before the expected result
Say what you selected and the last ordinary stage you noticed. Include any completion signal or warning. Do not repeat an unsafe programme merely to obtain a more detailed account.
When ordinary results vary
A brief note of settings and outcomes already observed can make variation easier to explain. One good result does not settle a recurring enquiry.
When the sequence is hard to remember
Start with the last ordinary use you can describe reliably. Keep uncertain details identified as uncertain rather than filling them in with a likely-sounding explanation.
Reading the AEG label
Keep the model and product number/PNC where shown on existing paperwork or a safely visible label. Keep the full installed AEG designation, the actual product type and the existing control arrangement. This name identifies an enquiry route; it does not establish current manufacture, parts stock, replacement compatibility or acceptance of every product.
